PBS

What does PBS mean?

PBS stands for Positive Behavior and Support. Greenwood Lakes Middle School’s PBS mission is to foster proactive support focused on positive behaviors and prosocial skills, to encourage school wide collaborative relationships and prepare students for 21
st century citizenship.

What does SOAR mean?

‘S’ stands for Show Respect, ‘O’ stands for Own Your Behavior, ‘A’ stands for Act Responsibly, ‘R’ stands for Reach for Your Personal Best. When students demonstrate one or more of these behaviors they earn SOAR Bucks. Students can earn SOAR Bucks from any faculty member on campus.
